Nevaiah Mayle

I’m a second year neuroscience major with a minor in health care studies planning to become a pediatric neurosurgeon. I joined AMWA last year to find a safe space among like-minded women where opportunity and networking was not only offered but encouraged. I am so grateful for the friendships and mentors I’ve found through this club who have guided me and introduced me to many pre-med experiences including shadowing and volunteering. To all the new members, you got this! We’re all here supporting for you and rooting for you. Just take it day by day and enjoy the journey in the meantime.
