Second year,
Human development and aging
Minor: dance
I’m the Women in Medicine Symposium Coordinator and Alumni Coordinator for AMWA. I joined because I love being part of a community that supports and uplifts women in medicine. I get to plan events that connect students, alumni, and professionals while celebrating their accomplishments. My favorite part is seeing women at all stages of their careers inspire each other.
Outside of AMWA, I love dancing and spending time with friends. I work as a research assistant, serve as the Marketing Chair for the Student Gerontology Association, and volunteer at a hospital. I’m also involved with USC SCout, where I help bring science outreach programs to local schools.

Get involved early and don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. Go to events, introduce yourself to people, and take on roles that interest you!
