Lydia Park

Lydia is a junior majoring in Computational Neuroscience and minoring in Health Care Studies and Artificial Intelligence Applications. This year, she is one of our Volunteer and Fundraising Coordinators in USC AMWA. After graduating, she hopes to attend medical school.

This is Lydia’s second year in USC AMWA. The reason why Lydia joined USC AMWA is because she really likes the tight-knit supportive community of women who empower each other with a shared interest in medicine.

Outside of USC AMWA, Lydia has recently started bouldering with her friends.

For incoming members, Lydia advises you to get out of your comfort zone and make the most out of your years at USC - whether it be making meaningful connections in AMWA or getting involved in various clubs/activities that are not pre-med related. “Not everything has to be for the resume!”
