Eniola Adeleke

Eniola is a senior majoring in Health and Human Sciences and minoring in Sports Media Industries at the University of Southern California and currently serving as AMWA’s Co-VP of Events. After graduating from USC, Eniola plans on taking a gap year before applying to medical school.

Eniola has been in USC AMWA for three years. Eniola joined AMWA to be a part of a group of like-minded, passionate, and ambitious women in medicine. She admired AMWA's mission to advance women in medicine by providing opportunities for both community building and professional development. While being a part of AMWA, Eniola is reminded how deeply rewarding it is to be a woman in medicine!

Outside of USC, Eniola works on a research project that aims to improve the developmental outcomes of infants and children with congenital heart disease. When she has spare time, she loves to work out, spend time with her friends, try new restaurants, and binge watch TV. Currently, she really enjoys Chicago Fire and Love Island UK.

For incoming members, Eniola advises you to take advantage of the opportunity to make connections (with classmates, professors, guest speakers, etc)! “The Pre-health journey and college as a whole is much better when you have a network of people willing to help you.”
